Dr. Brewer's professional interests include internal medicine, surgery, and alternative therapies. Outside of work he likes playing guitar, sailing, and walks on the beach with his Pug named Sam.

Dr. Jessica Reed (Relief Veterinarian):

Dr. Jessica Reed is originally from Freeport, New York. After receiving a BA in History from New York University, she spent time teaching and working as a librarian until that life was interrupted by a pair of sniffly guinea pigs who rekindled a childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. She graduated from Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine a few years later. Her professional interests include feline medicine, rabbit medicine, and pain management. When not at work she enjoys watching old movies, running, gardening, yoga and snowboarding. She and her husband currently share their home, and their hearts, with Benny the cat.
